This painting is the third painting in the series which was inspired by the love of a man, his dog and his truck. The hardest thing about doing this painting was finding a truck to complete the series. I was able to find a 1965 Dodge pickup truck. The black lab belonged to a very close friend of mine who also just happened to love trucks.
