This dramatic artwork is based on my plein air study along with photographs taken while watching the sunset from Grandview Point our last evening at Grand Canyon National Park. Views as the colors and shadow patterns shifted across the formations were breathtaking. A monumental silence enveloped the group of people watching the glory of the heavens and the earth. Peace radiated out of the depths of the canyons lifting mere observers into meditation.About the Product
