Marsie Danielson
Marsie Danielson was naturally attracted to the arts and enjoyed drawing, sketching and coloring as a child. After a career in the medical profession, she retired four years ago to devote full-time to a career as an artist.
Instruction in oil painting followed drawing classes. She frequently attended workshops by leading artists from around the country. Eventually, one-on-one instruction from a nationally recognized artist provided the foundation to develop Marsie into a skilled artist in her own right. Her subject matter is diverse and includes landscape, wildlife, still life and portraits. Much of her time is devoted to perfecting the art of plein air painting.
She appreciates the physical and spiritual aspects of painting outdoors and endeavors to infuse all facets of the experience into her paintings.
