On the backside of the pond, between the dark foliage of the vinca and ivy, tulips are shooting up. They are growing incredibly fast and the colors are…well…surprising. I was in a festive mood when I planted the bulbs and thought I would enjoy the bright display in the spring. And indeed, I love it!
