Spending much of his boyhood playing in the Pacific and being an enthusiastic fan of Jacque Cousteau, young Randall Scott was determined to share his passion for the mysterious world of ocean life. Scott’s father, an accomplished artist, encouraged him to use his creative energies to express his interests in paintings. Years of honing his artistic and scuba-diving skills have been rewarded as Randall Scott is now considered one of the finest underwater/oceanic artists in America.
