Ed's grandfather started this farm in the 1800's. His father built the beautiful silo in 1932. Today Ed sells fresh eggs as his farm sits right in the middle of a modern office park in a busy suburb of Minneapolis. It is a beautiful reminder of our past surrounded by a bustling business world.
