Several years ago, I made a painting trip to the Yosemite area in California. Rather than fight the crowds in that famous park, I made the decision to drive the back road through Tuolumne Meadows, a beautiful stretch of landscape on the northeastern side of Yosemite Park. This little painting is a depiction of one of those views.
