Need an item in a hurry? Use our Express 2-Day Service. Please call before 11:00 a.m. (CST) to place your order so that we can ensure the item is available for express delivery. Our customer team can be reached toll free at 1-800-445-4833. Add an additional $25 per package for gifts and unframed prints.

When sent Express, framed prints will be billed actual shipping charges due to their large size. Express delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes 3 days and is available for an additional $25, plus actual freight charges. In our catalog, items notated by a diamond symbol ( ♦ ) do not qualify for this service.

Some large items including furniture will be shipped via common carrier (freight truck) and require additional delivery time. Please be sure to include your daytime phone number when ordering so that the driver can contact you to schedule delivery. Our basic freight service includes curb-side delivery. Please call us for additional delivery options. Special charges apply on deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and foreign countries.

If you are moving or if your address is incorrect please let us know by contacting our customer team at 1-800-445-4833 or info@wildwings.com. Please include your old and new address and, if you received one of our catalogs, the customer number found on the back cover. You may still receive our catalogs at your old address up to 8 weeks after making the change.
